This L-Arm Tire Restraint from Miller Industries is used in the wheel lift and slide-in tire restraint assembly of Century, Champion, Holmes, and Vulcan Car Carriers. The L-Arm will lock into the Outer Cross Tube in order to secure your tire to the wheel lift.
